12 felii de somon,
200g.fidea,
1 ou,
unt,
sare,
piper,
1 lingura de ulei de masline,
rucola;
Mod de preparare:
1.Se aranjeaza fideaua ,impartindu-se in 12 manunchiuri.Pe fiecare manunchi se aseaza un file de somon si se ruleaza.
2.Intr-o tigaie,se incinge untul si se frig rulourile,trecute prin ou batut,la foc moderat, cate 3 minute pe fiecare parte.
