Pentru 6 persoane

1300 g carne vita (nu muschi) fara tendoane
750 g ceapa taiata solzisori (nu prea mica).  Eu am gasit salote  (cepe mici) pe care le-am taiat in jumatati si am pus si o ceapa mare  taiata solzisori.
4 -5 catei de usturoi, rasi mic
500 ml bere
6 linguri de ulei

Pentru 6 persoane

Se pare ca numele acesta ciudat vine de la faptul ca bucatelele mici  de carne se lipesc de firele de taietei si par ca niste furnici ce se  urca pe ramurelele unui copac.
Ingrediente:

350 g carne porc, tocata
200 g taietei de celofan (sau tietei subtiri de orez, sau fidea)
5 ciuperci Shiitake (sau 100 g [...]]]></description>
